This music video hands down is one of the best past student music videos I've seen. Its so clean and fitting throughout. I think the camera shots suit the performance type they are trying to do. I think its simple because they only have a couple of locations, such as the garage where they are playing the instruments and the streets of bury/roads while they are in the car. The lighting also is great in this music video. This locations really give the feel of a indie rock band.

Strengths: 
- The 1st strength throughout this music video is the editing thats used. The almost video tape effect thats given really adds to this effect of the band and makes it interesting.  However the reverse of some of the clips with the contrast of the slow/fast pace really makes it stand out and helps it appeal to its target audience.

- Another strength is the matching style of the group. They are all in denim and i think it makes it believable that they are a group because they all have something visually in common.

- I also like the cutting to the scenes of the band playing instruments. This really helps bring the band together and helps the audience understand what genre they are.

From watching this music video I know that I want to make sure our band has a visual style also (leather/denim) like they have done. I also want to cross cut with the performance element and the concept element. 

Weaknesses:

- I think they could of used a few more of Goodwins theories throughout the music video as they only used the visual style. However they did used representations of age well.

- Also during the first scene we have the band one by one shown to the audience. Looking at these shots, the boys are partly out of focus and you can't really see any facial expression and the background is blurry.

I also had a look at the front of the web page he had created as i will be created one for my band. I think the band photo is extremely strong and this is the first thing you see when you enter the website (it makes you want to stay). I will definitely take this on board and make sure i create a eye catching strong band photo to be the cover of my website. I also think that the style of the website relates to the genre of the band.
